The Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) Offices in Grand Rapids, Hibbing and Virginia are owned and operated by the ODC, Inc. In the three offices we offer motor vehicle license and registration services, specialty plates, driver license and identification card services, recreation registrations, fishing licenses and notary services. In the Grand Rapids office we also offer prorate services. Fees and taxes collected by the offices are remitted to the State of Minnesota. As allowed by State law, the ODC retains a portion of the fees. The portion that ODC retains is used to support rehabilitation programs for individuals with disabilities.

The MVR offices also provide employment opportunities for ODC consumers. The offices offer a professional environment with opportunities to learn a variety of skills.

We are continually upgrading our equipment and technology which enhances the already good service we provide to our many customers. Our goal is to provide the best customer service in the most efficient way possible. We serve the public in an open, honest and fair manner. We will also go the extra mile to help solve problems our customers may encounter. No problem is too big or too small.
