
ODC strives
to recruit Team Members that can provide the most beneficial services for
the individuals we serve. In
the spring of 2002, an Orientation & Training Coordinator was recruited to
further enhance the orientation of new Team Members, as well as, the continuous
training and development of existing Team Members. The Orientation & Training
Coordinator works with management and team members to:

uDevelop customized curriculums
and materials
uPresent training sessions
uMeasure results through Team
Member feedback
Annual training
is provided either by qualified Team Members or by external sources.
