Training & Development

ODC strives to recruit Team Members that can provide the most beneficial services for the individuals we serve. In the spring of 2002, an Orientation & Training Coordinator was recruited to further enhance the orientation of new Team Members, as well as, the continuous training and development of existing Team Members. The Orientation & Training Coordinator works with management and team members to:

uIdentify training needs
uDevelop customized curriculums and materials
uPresent training sessions
uMeasure results through Team Member feedback

Annual training is provided either by qualified Team Members or by external sources.

In the future, ODC's goal is to expand its corporate training department by partnering with area sources to offer training programs to other facilities and individuals in our service area. This website will continue to keep you updated as these changes occur.
