SALARY:
Commensurate with experience and education.
HEALTH INSURANCE: Single
or Family coverage available with employee contributions. Section 125 Flex Compensation
Plan also available for having pre-tax dollars deducted for insurance premium

LIFE INSURANCE: Term Life Coverage from $10,000
to $50,000. Spouse coverage of $2,000 and child coverage from $100 to $1000
determined by age. 100% employer paid.
ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT INSURANCE: Coverage
from $10,000 to $50,000. 100% employer paid. LIFE
INSURANCE/ADD CERTIFICATE OF COVERAGE....LEVEL 4 LIFE
INSURANCE/ADD CERTIFICATE OF COVERAGE....LEVEL 5
LONG-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE: Sixty (60) day
qualifying period. Small monthly employee contribution. LONG-TERM
DISABILITY CERTIFICATE OF COVERAGE
VOLUNTARY INSURANCE: Dental, Vision and supplemental
Life are available with monthly premiums paid by the employee.
VACATION LEAVE: 12
days/8 hours per month in the first year. Amount increases based on years of
service. 18 days/12 hours per month at 5 years.
SICK LEAVE: 12 days/8
hours per month.
HOLIDAYS: 9 paid holidays during a calendar year.
403(b) PLAN: ODC matches
3% - 6% of annual wages based on tenure, beginning after three years of service.
LONGEVITY PROGRAM: Following
each five (5) years of continuous employment, a personal leave of five (5) days
is granted along with a contribution to the 403(b) plan. This contribution increases
with years of service as follows: 5 years-$100; 10 years-$200; 15 years-$300;
20 years and thereafter-$500.
DIRECT DEPOSIT: Payroll checks automatically deposited
in the bank of your choice.
WELLNESS PROGRAM: 50% or up to $50 per quarter
reimbursement for qualifying health and fitness programs.
INSERVICE TRAINING: Individualized training programs.

annual reviews of performance.
WAGE & SALARY INCREASES: Wage and salaries are
reviewed after the initial six (6) months of employment and then on an annual
basis, which is determined by performance and budget.
